Sadique P M adorns the chair of director of one of the largest business coglomerate in the middle East- Al Rawabi group of companies. He hails from Peringathur, Kannur district, Kerala. He has emerged out to be quite the man when it comes to perseverance and determination.
Mr Sadique's career kicked off with a small restaurant in Chennai,Tamil Nadu district. A man with such a business drive that He Expanded this venture to a group of companies which are into hospitality spread across Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka
.
And it was 20 years ago, that he flew into the gulf, with much passion and dream. Taking over Al-Rawabi was a total turnover for both the company and himself.
Sadique P M started off as a small scale farmer. He has been recognised quiet often in the developments and strategies catering to organic farming. He thus gives great importance in promoting such farming techniques.
Pratctising what he preaches, he is personally involved in poultry farming, dairy products and fishing culture himself. He advocates for organic farming as a necessity in every household.
Mr. Sadique follows ways of his father in the values that he upholds. He believes and stands for loyalty and honesty, within the company and in its dealings with others. Mr. P M Mohammed Haji, his father, was a great entrepreneur and also an iconic figure in the way he moved his business. Sadique, along his journey in the business as well has made sure to stick true to the values that his father himself respected and followed.
His beginning with the chain of restaurants to his current position of Director, Mr Sadique has built for himself and those alongside him a platform that holds together ideals and dreams. Of achieving greatness in every step of its way.
Al- Rawabi group of companies now looms over Qatar and other GCC countries including UAE AND Saudi Arabia as a billion Dirhams company. With dedication, hard work, commitment and trust, Rawabi under his directorship is still continuing to grow strong.
Keeping pace with such developments, Mr. Sadique is now set out to investing in the hospitality sector across South India along with a new chain of hotels.
Along his professional life, Mr. Sadique has been well known both in the political and social faces of the society. He is a familiar face in the local politics and has also been part of quite a few social service schemes. Being an ardent supporter of the farming community, he strives to change people's attitude towards this sector of the society. He is also running a trust in Kerala known as the P M Charitable trust, which was founded in memory of his father. The trust has taken keen interest in the development of educational identity of the community through awareness and guidance. The Guiding values of honesty and loyalty has reinforced the way that Mr. Sadique brings changes of his own in the society.
